2 cups grapefruit wedges, seeded from about 1 whole
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 to 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, sliver to taste (I minced it)
Directions: Place grapefruit pieces in a bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon and ginger. Enjoy immediately.
