Grapefruit Salad

A lovely refreshing treat and great source of vitamin C, this salad is simple, delicious and nutritious -the perfect dessert or snack. Makes one serving


2 cups grapefruit wedges, seeded from about 1 whole
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 to 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, sliver to taste (I minced it)

Directions: Place grapefruit pieces in a bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon and ginger. Enjoy immediately.
