Juicing

A beneficial addition to your lifestyle

Juicing is a lifestyle with profound health benefits. Drinking fresh juice helps the body's digestive process and allows for quick absorption of high-quality nutrition, resulting in increased energy levels. It also provides high levels of natural antioxidants, which can offer significant protection to the body against aging, cancer, heart disease, and many other degenerative conditions.

Juicing is extremely easy to incorporate into your life. It's also an easy way to get a few servings of vegetables into your daily routine. Simply make a habit of drinking at least 16 ounces of juice each day. It is a great way to start the morning or get an easy pick-me-up in the afternoon: the freshest juice means the most nutrition. Once you start experiencing some of the benefits of juicing, it will be easy to remember the importance of fresh fruit and vegetable juice in your daily routine. It provides an easy and effective way to meet your dietary requirements for fresh fruits and vegetables in the most nutrient-packed form.

We offer a Juice Feast box to support a juicing lifestyle. The cost is $150 for a 6 week subscription or $300 for a 12 week subscription (delivery fees are extra). Your weekly share is fresh picked and pre-boxed at the farm, so you know it will taste good in the juicer. Please see below for juicing tips and recipes, or:

Tips for Better Juice

1

Keep it cold

Enjoy your juice in glass containers and icy cold. Consider putting your juice in the freezer for 5 minutes before you drink it or add a few ice cubes while you enjoy.

2

Don't overdo it on the greens

Kale and parsley seem to leave more pulp and have an intense taste.. Use them sparingly until you find your perfect combination. Make sure to use organic apples and carrots to sweeten up your juice and make it enjoyable.

3

Drink it ASAP

If you are using a centrifugal juicer your juice should be enjoyed immediately. Masticating juicers allow you to store juice for a few days.
